GarField/Matrics is a fully independent silicon design house and fabless semiconductor supplier. We offer a full custom analogue design and layout service and we use a range of foundries. We also offer ASIC and FPGA design from specification to layout right through to fabrication, test and supply of the final product. Our markets are diverse and include industrial, consumer, automotive, aerospace and medical. With a wealth of high quality design experience, we have developed an extensive range of silicon proven custom IP blocks from PLLs to complete product designs. GarField/Matrics has particular niche skills in several areas including RFID tags and readers and OLED/LCOS microdisplay chips. We have designs in high volume production such as a water filter jug. We also offer an in-house silicon prototyping de-bug service. GarField/Matrics has a reputation for technical excellence with both our customers and suppliers. We have a very strong, dedicated team of engineers capable of engaging with our customers at all levels. Added to this is our experience with silicon vendors and EDA tool manufacturers.
